In the winter of 2012 I was walking across a frozen pond where a friend of mine was skating circles. I don't like or can't skate but I felt I needed to bond with the feeling of love for frozen ponds. So I went for a walk on the pond. Suddenly I had an anxiety attack - the beautifull blue-black frozen water made a sound, it cracked, clicked and crunched. It triggered me to think that I was going to fall down, to fall through the ice, from a high place. And that fall is down, down, down. It was a complete kind of vertigo!
